Alan Coad – Technology, Software & Growth Acceleration - High impact technology leader with a track record across B2B software, cloud, AI/ML, and clean tech. Former Google Cloud UKI lead, delivering 5x growth in three years.

Dave Penrith – Engineering, Manufacturing & Digital Transformation - Former Chief Engineer at Unilever with a 35-year career overseeing over 300 factory units worldwide. Expert in Industry 4.0, automation, and digital transformation.

Gary Waterfall – Defence, Leadership & Strategic Operations - Former Royal Air Force Harrier and Red Arrow pilot and Air Vice-Marshal with extensive command experience, including leadership in NATO and global operations.
